The dishes at Abbey are delicious and without any unnecessary ingredients. The dishes consist of a maximum of six ingredients that harmoniously form an appetizing whole. They are prepared with as many fresh and local products as possible. Everything is prepared by chef Joeri Quax. From the butter cake to the mustard that is served with the bitterballen, a traditional dutch snack. By making these things ourselves we can guarantee a high quality of food. Abbey has something delicious for every guest. All courses consist of vegetarian, fish and meat dishes, which can be easily adapted to specific dietary requirements and/or allergies.
